About Me

I am Christina, Owner of Milk & Oat, a passionate wife and mother to two little girls who are 4 and almost 2…where did the time go? I have spent most of my life working in restaurants in the back of house cooking for hours on end. My love for good food and nutrition was strong but the restaurant life, not so much. Fast forward a few years, a wedding, a couple of kids and hours of schooling later and here I am. After studying through Pacific Rim College I am now a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Natural Nutrition-Clinical Practitioner and an Associate Herbalist through the BC Herbalists Association.

I specialize in what I know best, hormones. From preconception, yes, this time really does matter, through to pregnancy and postpartum I am here to help women feel their best during this demanding time. My passion lies in providing comprehensive and personalized nutritional guidance to help women thrive with a specific focus on postpartum nutrition. I understand the importance of nourishing the body during these crucial stages of life. My expertise in this area allows me to provide valuable insights and recommendations, ensuring optimal health for both Mama and baby.

My approach is rooted in a holistic perspective, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each client. By combining my knowledge of nutrition with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I am here to empower individuals to make positive and lasting changes to their overall well-being. With education done in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I offer a unique approach from many different angles. Whether you are embarking on your prenatal journey or seeking to improve you and your family’s nutrition, I am committed to guiding you towards a healthier and happier life.
